Scott Mann

Scott is an Emmy-winning creative director with 25 years of experience driving $900M+ in tracked growth for clients in his career so far. A veteran strategist and Google Ads Partner since beta in 2002, he leads high-impact marketing campaigns, coaches agencies, and speaks internationally. Outside work, he’s into racquetball, live music, scuba, and supporting Be the Match.

Sunshine

Sunshine is, indeed, her real name! A native of Islamorada, Florida, Sunshine has worked for more than 20 years in digital marketing, human resources, and corporate training both in Washington, D.C. and Orlando. Sunshine taught Communication and Social Media at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her MA in Mass Communication. Sunshine is a business investor and since 2021 and has grown businesses from 0 to 8 gures in less than 2 years. She speaks 5 languages, travels excessively, and loves spending time with her large family around the world.

Adam

Adam spends his career as a multi-disciplined sales and marketing professional with experience in Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Entertainment, Software/App Development, Business Consultation, Project Management, and Human Resources. He acts as a chief strategist as well as a brand developer and high-converting micro-site and landing page specialist. He's well-educated with AS, BS, PHR, and MBA degrees with an emphasis on technology, marketing, and economics. He has a wife and son and is an accomplished athlete in soccer, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, CrossFit, and is a mud racer.

Kevin

Kevin is highly experienced in all facets of digital marketing, having started out in-house helping grow startups using both paid and organic search and social campaigns. He later transitioned to the agency-side, where he's spent the last few years helping hundreds of businesses in a variety of fields increase their visibility, leads, and revenue using Google and Meta Ads. In his free time Kevin enjoys swimming, hiking with his dog, and playing chess.

Caitlin

Caitlin is our data wrangler, crm manager, and social media coordinator. She began her career as a Disney performer, then went into corporate and now helps our small and medium business clients perform all kinds of magic. She loves Broadway musicals, live music, travel and all things Disney.

Bejan

Bejan is our overseas support specialist that handles off-hours emergencies and is a wizard at WordPress front-end and block-editing and theme development. He has over 8 years of professional experience in both front and back end integrations. He's also great at CSS (web styling), building custom themes from designs, building simple plugins, light php integrations, Gutenberg block building, Beaver Builder, and WooCommerce builds. He lives with his wife and 3 children in the heart of Philippines in Marinduque.

Rana

Rana is our senior accountant and she manages all the important numbers and billing magic that keep the gears turning. She's based in Orlando, speaks 3 languages, has two great kids and loves movies and yoga.

Tim

Tim is a backend support specialist and generalist web developer. He graduated from UCF with his B.S. degree and began his career as a CAD designer before returning to UCF's Coding Boot Camp. He's provided support, maintenance and troubleshooting for over 200 different WordPress and Shopify websites and plugins. He lives with his wife and a few cats and has annual passes to Universal Studios.

Alexa

Alexa is a marketing strategist, copywriter and content creator. With a strong legal marketing background, she has gone on to work in the e-commerce, medical, automotive, and health & wellness industries to name a few. With experience managing 6-gure marketing budgets, Alexa excels in strategizing, creating and promoting content across all digital platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Meta, CTV and more. When she has time for personal projects, she'll write on her personal blog, read a book, or create content for her Dalmatian's TikTok account.

Raj

Raj is an entrepreneur, startup investor, and speaker. He founded a software development and innovation consultancy that employs Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Agile methodologies. In 2016 he founded the non-prot initiative Orlando Innovation League - which features events such as Quick Pitch, Innovation Stories, and the global award-winning TechStars Startup Weekend Orlando. Rajiv also serves on the board of Orlando Devs, Rally, and Jonathan's Landing.

Andra

Andra has over 8 years of experience in working with Google Ads accounts. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience at Microsoft Bing Ads. Andra has a passion for turning clicks into conversions and specializes in lead generation. She believes in data-driven decisions and analyzing metrics to get the best results. Beyond the numbers and algorithms, she likes to travel, try new restaurants, and read books.

Rob

Rob is a WordPress technology specialist with over 25 years of experience in both building and supporting small and large scale websites across the entire spectrum from front end to back end and everything critical in between. He's also a writer, musician, husband, dad, and WordPress meetup organizer.

Dove

Dove helps organizations diagnose growth constraints, clarify strategy, and build the systems needed to execute well under pressure. Her background spans revenue architecture, GTM systems, executive facilitation, program design, and cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Programs. She's designed C-suite advisory programs and delivered measurable results across revenue, profit, funding, and operational performance. She's also a trained somatic breathwork coach, and her two Maine Coon cats believe every virtual meeting is improved by surprise tail appearances and a light dusting of cat hair.
